Is it possible to purchase replacement waterproof eartips? I need a couple of pairs of the 'L' size.

I'm just wondering if you ever found replacement waterproof eartips, I need small! Fingers crossed!

Will these earphones work for the entirety of a 25m pool? What is their working range?

They are connected to the audio you are using, so where you go, they work! They are not bluetooth.

I can’t change the buds! Are they usually so fiddly?

Yes...they are fiddly! If you can't pull them off with bare fingers, try holding them with with piece of kitchen towel and squeeze them to an oval shape and they should pop off! To put the new ones on, you need to squeeze them as well to open up the hole...if you still struggle to insert them, try a little bit of Vaseline on the holes...and you can also use Vaseline on the buds themselves for a more waterproof fit.

Are these headphones compatible with fit bit versa

Thank you for your message. It is 3.5mm plug, as long as your fit bit versa with 3.5mm earphone plug, then it can compatible with.
