Delicious but extremely tiny
This saucisson sec was just like in France, delicious, rather fatty and pungent, all the things you expect, but the size is so miniscule that it feels really overpriced.

Small size and pricey yet tasty
At $23 this salami was expensive for the tiny little thing that couldn't have weighed more than a few ounces and was slightly larger than a half-smoke. Stay cool gel pack that surrounded it backfired by allowing natural white mold to become damp, gray and gooey. Washed-off and peeled it was so tasty that it was half gone after arriving. A nice resemblance to and reminiscent of european charcuterie - it was a little heavy on the fat though.

Tasty, french saucisson sec style sausage.
Good sausage, not as... standout tasty as some french ones I've had. Kind of small/pricey for a domestic sausage, but I will likely order again.
