I've purchased 3 callus removers previously, 2 different models (both iWeel callus removers failed). All three of them died within 3 months. This is by far, a more robust, heavy duty and ergonomic callus remove than the other models. It is almost twice as much as the other two models that I purchased, but well worth the price. First, with the previous models, any pressure on the roller would stop the motor of the callus remover, so you had to avoid putting too much pressure, so you were constantly stopping and restarting. You never have an issue with the Own Harmony, the motor is heavy duty and never stops while you use it. The rollers themselves are regular and extra coarse. I only use the regular roller, as my callus may not be quite as bad as some people. I might have wanted a fine roller, one that is not as coarse as the regular one. But have a couple of uses, the regular roller smooths out a bit and feels more like a fine roller. The rollers themselves are able to reach the calluses better on your palms, compared to the other two callus removers whose rollers were bigger and it was difficult to reach the calluses on your palms. Not with the Own Harmony, they are slightly thicker in the middle and taper some at the ends. They are just perfect. From an ergonomic perspective, it feels just perfect in your hand and it never feels awkward holding it. And I have no issues charging it or any issue on how long it lasts. I've used it for almost 30 min and the unit was still strong. I do have the circular head version of the Own Harmony, however the roller ones just simply work better. The rotation of the circular version is just too hard to hold in the same spot and it wants to drift away. But this roller version is just amazing. Spend just a little more for this version. You will not be disappointed.

I tried out the product as soon as I received it. It does grind away callus and dried skin well. It is good value for the price. But as some other reviewers observed, motor is not that powerful. If you press even a bit hard while grinding dry skin, the motor slows and easily stops, even when the battery is fully charged. This could be improved by adding higher speed motor and using more reduction gears. Overall, the product looks sturdy. However, the gears connecting the motor to the roller are all plastic, so I am not sure how long it will last with continuous usage, only the time will tell. Also, the roller has a square plastic rod running across it, that fits into square slots on two sides of the unit. It is a bit hard to push the roller into the slots, because the fit is tight (which is good), and also because the slots rotate and may not align with rod in the roller. I am thinking that the slots will wear out before the gears if rollers are changed often. The product is good, but could have been great, with only a slight increase in price, if metal gears, faster motor with reduction gears and metal slots for the roller were used. I would not mind paying another $10 to $15 more for long term reliability because I do not have to worry about replacing it or looking for others. The unit comes with 1 year warranty that can be extended to 1.5 years for free with product registration. It comes with a little brush to clean the unit and roller after use, and three rollers. One suggestion to users is that it generates fine dust when used on dry skin, so make sure you wear a mask (like the COVID mask), keep your feet on a large newspaper to gather all this dust, then vacuum the area after use. Clean the unit (it can be washed under running water) after use to keep it hygienic.

I have had and frequently used one for 7/8 years- highly recommend this for its quality and value. Amazon delivery people are really great! Bambi was prancing about the yard throughout the delivery- I was delighted by the gentleman’s enthusiasm in, “I thought it was your dog!”🤣

I read many of the 1-star ratings to find out why anyone would rate this great product so poorly. Some of the complaints seem related to typical quality control issues, like battery life. All I can say is that I've had mine for about a month-and-a-half, and I felt virtually OBLIGATED to report just how awesome this product has been! My sympathies to those who had issues and returned their units, but they should have exchanged them for a replacement. Mine has been so amazing at removing cracked, flaking, calloused skin from my feet...and speeding up the process over manually filing (formerly for 20-30 minutes at a time). I am SHOCKED and pleasantly pleased with how smooth my feet have been since using this product...and truth be told, I'm not vain at all about feet in any way. It's just that all the rough skin would snag on my socks whenever I removed or put them on...and they felt and looked so rough and dry, too. As a man, I'm a bit reluctant to report just how much less embarrassing my feet look...not that they get looked at all that often. But you know, now when laying by a pool or on a beach perhaps, at least I know that they don't look dry and flaky anymore. Plus they don't itch as much as they used to from being dry and flaky because the skin layer is refreshed and almost supple. All I can say is "give it a shot." I spent more than just a couple of years, THINKING about maybe getting an electric foot/skin file/grinder. YEARS...when I could have been this happy for those same years now, had I purchased this sooner. Handy size, light in your hands, yet so far has been tough enough to gently grind its way down to fresh skin layers in just a few minutes...for BOTH feet combined. Battery life seems fine. I've used it for several days in a row for easily 5 or 10 minutes runtime per session....over the course of a week or longer...and I have never had the battery go dead. One time, it sounded like it was getting a bit slower, so then I charged it for the full 10 hours (never overcharge any rechargeable battery). Then it was good to go for another few days. I wouldn't call it a "heavy duty" grinder, but it's no slouch, either.

The Electric Callus Remover I purchased on 07.18.2025 and received it on 07.23.2025. Surprisingly it is a very safe and efficient Device for removing developed Callus on the Perimeter of Feet and Heels. Last month (March,2026) even after a Full Charge it began functioning Intermittently;I was not able to diagnose whether it was the Battery,the Electronic Circuitry or the Motor.I subsequently emailed Tech Support and sent them a short Video and some Photos they requested. I received a Replacement on 03.11.2026. Personally I am very satisfied with this Product/Device.Using this Device according to the Instructions in the Manual,thiis Device manifests smooth Skin Texture again without any Inharmonious condition to my Feet or Heels. Plus I am impressed with the Offer of an 18 Month Extended Manufacturer Warranty and the supplied USB Charging Cable.

This is our 3rd one. They break in the same way that it feels deliberate. They start spinning with an uneven vibration and catches your skin. I thought the first one was my bad for tapping it on the towel too hard or often, but then the 2nd one started grinding in the same exact way while doing MY foot. We use the grinder for my husband who has very bad, chronic calluses, but he wanted to share the love by doing mine, daily wear & tear of an active house wife. So in no way should it have broken in my opinion. You may ask then why keep buying this one? Because, so far, it's the best one under $70 we've found and that is a sad statement indeed. When it works it's amazing! Good coverage, long battery, quick recharge, doesn't "auto stop" like others do (which is just a sales pitch for 'it doesn't work right so we will say it stalls for safety'). Comes with 3 grind heads that pop in and out easily but not so easy it feels like it would fall out. Overall it's an amazing tool but we wish it would stop breaking after only 3 months.

As someone that does not like shoes and wears sandals nearly year round ( well I wore shoes 2 times in the last 12 months), my heels tend to dry out a lot, especially in the dry summer months to the point they sometimes crack. I was given an Own Harmony callus remover on a local Buy Nothing group and used it for the last 3 years but the batteries got old and would not charge anymore ( no idea how old the unit was when I got it as it was used, even the boxing was different). It stopped charging so I looked for something similar and found that your price was just about as good as any and a lot better than many AND I had extra unused rollers from my other unit that I could use for the new one. So I just ordered one this week and got it in, charged it and WOW it works so much better then the one I had before. I was smoking those calluses off with gentle pressure. It was nice to also get the manual and your online tips in the recent email as well. So this is while I was 'grinding' and before the lotion... Thanks for a great product.
