My husband and I are OBSESSED with Blokus! It’s a simple game—only one rule, but wow, the strategy that goes into blocking each other is next level. I didn’t expect to get so competitive, but here we are, plotting against each other like we’re on a reality TV show. The oversized pieces are bright and chunky, making it easy for our little one to “help” (aka, try to chew on them while we’re playing). It’s the perfect game for family nights, though I’ll admit it has led to a few heated debates about whose piece was blocking who. 😂 Quick to learn, but once you start playing, you realize there's a whole world of strategic possibilities. Highly recommend for anyone looking to have fun while secretly trying to outsmart their spouse!

This game is silly fun. It’s like competitive Tetris. Highly recommend for any age but super fun playing with my adult kids and friends. You can have full conversation conversations and still continue playing the game. I like the extra large one because it’s easier to see the board and play with four people across from one another. We also have a smaller board which is more compact and probably better for people with younger eyes!!

This is a great game for kids to learn critical thinking and how to plan ahead. A manager at a teacher's store recommended it. My grands were 4 and 2. I let them play with the board and pieces, just putting the colors together randomly or in designs. Then I explained the game. The 4 yr old was a BEAST! She made up her own terminology for the game (which we all adopted) and played like a whiz. She took no prisoners. The 2 yr old learned to play, too, remarkably well. I realized he was counting the spaces and measuring his pieces with his eyes so as not to give away his coming moves. He was 2. He went on to do very well in school with math and solving problems. I do believe Blokus helped both of them to do well with thinking through things. And it's fun!

Great family game! We just spent the holiday weekend playing with kids aged 14 to 24 and adults, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. It even ended up on the college kids' Christmas list. Please read the instructions, as playing with two or three players has slightly different rules. I have four boys who are all competitive, engineering-minded, and love video games. But they all dropped everything to play, strategize, and keep beating their poor mom. This is a good size; I wouldn't go much smaller, especially playing with four players. Set-up is as easy as pulling the game board out and handing out the bags with playing pieces. Instructions are easy to understand and start playing immediately. Great game for all ages!

Great game! I was introduced to it by a friend on vacation. He had the smaller version, and this one is essentially the same but slightly larger. Games typically last 20–30 minutes and are fun and strategic, with players deciding when to play offense or defense. There’s plenty of friendly smack talk during play. The board feels solid, and while the plastic pieces are well made and durable, my only concern would be misplacing a piece rather than breaking one.

It can be played with two players or three, but much better with 4. The whole family enjoys this game, even my 6-year-old, who doesn't love games like this one. Easy to learn but also fun enough for all ages. Think I'll buy the two player for my two kids to play on trips to be more portable.

What a great game for young and old, i play it with my grand children. Maths based makes them think, and me, at first i won every time now it's 50/50 so they have learnt the game, smart kids.

All'inizio sembra tutto semplice ma poi inizia la vera battaglia a colpi di chiusure e tattiche diverse! In 4 è spettacolare e mai scontato!
