SUperb . A must have in any gourmet kitchen. I loved it . For a chicken curry for 4 , I would reccommend one teaspoon of this fiery stuff. We put in two teaspoonfuls and it was a bit hot but throughly enjoyable. wish it would come in packs of 100 Gms X 10 to retain freshness

Saves a lot of time....need not prepare chutneys separately....go well with dosas and idlies....especially liked the spicy , garlic chutney powder....

I had this at a friend's place and liked it. But the batch I ordered tastes horrible. Smells like prawn or fish podi, except it doesn't have the yummy taste of that also. Cannot eat this with rice. Now I'm using it with dosa because I don't want to waste.

I've finished 2 out of four packs n they're simply superb n authentic taste of Andhra. You guys who are in North or non Southern region n missing these 'podis' you'll surely find it home made n tasty.

Got 4 packets of different types. Not as good as home made spice powder I got from a friend in Andhra, which was specifically for mixing with cooked rice. But been looking for some since long. Worth a try.
