Go Pet Club 42-Inch High Cat Tree

This is the third Go Pet Club cat tree I've purchased. The quality is excellent. Assembly is quick and easy. This particular cat tree is the perfect height for our windows and allows the cats to watch the birds and squirrels all day. I have 2 adult cats, approximately 12lbs each and they pretty much just fit on this cat tree. I have to say neither really goes in this "house" on this tree, I think because it's on the ground.HINT: I use gorilla glue or something similar when attaching/screwing the pieces together. This makes the cat tree even more sturdy.

Pros: Easy to put together, extremely sturdy, lots of "claw sharpening" posts, circular hole is great for kittens to hide/play in, very tall so you can gather up cats easily while your in standing position, can stand in center of room or pushed up against wall, and doesn't smell like glue or plastic.Cons: Only one...like the other reviewers said, fabric is not carpet but a flimsy "faux fur". When my 3 kittens scratch/sharpen their claws on it, little pieces of the fabric land everywhere!! My garage floor where we enter into our house was covered with tan pieces of faux fur. Vacuuming is a must where ever this cat tree is located. It doesn't bother me too much, but wish the flat surfaces were covered with low nap carpet instead.

This is the typical low end cat tree with the lightweight fur instead of carpet. This material gets dirty quickly and cannot be cleaned well due to the cardboard underneath, so you just throw it away and buy another when you can no longer stand the dirty fur. I bought this one on a warehouse deal so can't complain about price. But two minor complaints are 1) Its wobbly 2) Only a rat could fit in the circle. Other than that, it was worth the price for a cat scratcher!

This is a lightweight cat tree as others have noted - I read all the comments before buying but since I have smaller female kittens less than 2 years old, it works well for them. One of my older bigger male cats did jump to the top and it got off balance and fell over, I moved it next to an arm chair which keeps it stable enough so even he can use it too. And the box at the bottom is very big, big enough for my bigger mail cat to get into it easily. The carpet and poles have held up well too, the carpet doesn't shed like my other bigger, more expensive cat tree did. For the price, this is a good product.

Unlike other cat trees, this tree is really great. The bottom of the tree is a box so it is sturdy and does not fall over. I have a very overweight cat about 16lbs and a smaller cat about 9lbs. Both jump on and off of this and they have never tipped it over. My cats do not have front claws but they scratch and chew on it alot. It is very durable as their chewing as not done much damage at all. They did chew through the string that holds the little mouse, but they still play with the mouse by itself which has turned out to be a well built toy that is lasting. The measurements are a bit off, it appears to be smaller than measurements but only by a little bit. They love their tree!

Well, really 4.5 stars. It would get a 5 star rating if the little tube was big enough for a full grown cat. I needed a simple cat tree that didn't take up a ton of room in my bedroom. The main challange was finding one with a big enough hiding space for my larger, shy cat. This one was perfect. All 3 cats were attracted to it right away. They love the toy, so it's doubhtfull that it will last. The scratching posts are really nice as well. It's fairly sturdy, a tad bit wobbly, however nothing I'm concerned about.

My new kitten was on this tower by Day 2 of her arrival to my house. She started using the cat scratchers by Day 3 and has easily gotten all the way to the top where she enjoys looking outside the window. It feels pretty sturdy.

My cat loves this tree. He is a year and a half, very active, and about 10lbs. He is also perched on the top tower. I didn't think he would fit on it, but he does! The only part he doesn't use is the tunnel. I think it's too small for him. The only complaint I have is that he got the mouse off within an hour of setting it up. I tied it back on and it stays pretty good, but that's the only suggestion I would make to make this a 5-star product.

My cat loves his new tree! He weights 16 lbs, and fits perfectly in the little house.Very easy to assemble, took maybe 20 minutes. I ended up not attaching the circular tube, because he wouldn't have been able to fit (he's too big!) and I wanted him to scratch all sides of the posts (instead of my furniture!), it works!The material is a soft Teddy Bear-like carpet, but unlike others who have commented on it's shedding, mine doesn't seem to have that problem, it's completely fine. The rope seems to be good quality too as it hasn't started to shed yet (I've had it for about 3 months now).Sadly, the mouse didn't survive long, it was gone the next day. But, he stills plays with it.

This cat tree is perfect for what I wanted. It is the right height for my cat to sit up and look out the window. She uses the scratching post areas a lot. The only thing I wasn't happy about is the mouse that was attached to a string didn't last for more than a few minutes. But overall I am pleased with this product.

the chihuahuas like the bottom and the cats all like the tops im really loving this !!! they ignored the box and are actually all over the item instead of the box !!!! thats a first lol.

to small for cats my chihuahua on the other hand loves it so i cant return it my cats are on the smaller size the one thats heaviest is 8 pounds cheaply made i will be going to petsmart and buying a better one for the cats
