It's true! A fast drying compact towel CAN actually feel nice and absorb water. We took the towel on a weekend camp-cruising get away. I was so pleased that after a sponge bath the towel quickly dried me off...AND it felt almost like a luxury hotel towel. Okay, maybe not as plush. But, compared to all the other towels I have tried over the years. This one was excellent at getting me dry and feeling like other cotton towels. The drying time was excellent as well. We hung the towel under a Bimini cover (top but no sides) overnight. Because we are on the ocean, the moisture in the air can keep things from drying. Not this towel, it dried. I really like the hanging loop with a very cool snap. The snap allowed me to thread the hanging loop around a fitting that otherwise I would have needed to find a line to tie the into the loop (hope that makes sense). Anyway, we now have a gift we will buy for all our outdoor loving family members. Go Towels Rock!

Great towel for backpacking! I got the small and 3 people used it to dry off after a dip in the lake with nary a drop left behind. It dried incredibly quickly and packs up small. Only one tiny problem - the rivet used to attach the loop broke off. It's made of rather thin metal and snagged on something that caused the back of the rivet to bend and the front pull off. The metal is so thin I could easily bend the back flat again. Better than a cheap rivet would be a sturdy snap that you could use to fasten the towel to something like a tent pole rather than just hanging it from an open-ended object like a tree branch. But that's a small quibble, and the company graciously sent me a new towel right away. So 4 stars for a nearly perfect product and 5 stars for great customer service.

This thing is really absorbent. The size is just a little too small to wrap around my wait (my waist size is 33"), so you may want something a little bigger if you're thinking of wearing it from the bathroom to the bedroom.. Or not, hey if you like walking around naked, good for you. I also liked the fabric, although it gets a little rough when it's thoroughly wet.

Gave these to my wife to use at the gym & yoga instead of our bath towels. She's probably used them a couple of times a week for 4 months, and washed them at least once a week and they're holding up just fine. Very absorbent as you'd expect with microfiber, but not too rough as you'd expect from the less expensive stuff.

The towel is well made and works almost as well as a cotton towel. Has a nice embroidered emblem and the loop is riveted to towel. Only downside is there is only one color, so would be hard when you have multiple people in an rv. Wish they had more color choices as would buy more instead of looking for another brand.

I bought the 20 inch by 40 inch size. I'm not too impressed with it. I was expecting it to fold up a lot smaller; it comes in a 7.5 inch by 8.5 inch bag for easy storage. I guess I should have noted the folded size a bit more closely. I was hoping for something more compact to take hiking but it should be nice for the beach.

This towels packs up small which is nice, but I was expecting it to dry a lot quicker then it does. Pretty much reminds me of a plain old microfiber wash cloth you can get anywhere.

Good quality towel, very compact, great for camping! It's a lot smaller than I thought it'd be tho...
