Highly recommended for flat feet/ plantar issues.
I have very flat, quite skinny feet and need to wear insoles all the time. I've got a huge variety and lots of expeeience of breaking them in. These are fantastic half insoles, great for my everyday shoes. I have worn them out walking for 3 days solid, each day doing over 8 miles and they are incredibly comfortable. I've not been ablr to do that straight off before, usually I have to go back to old insoles after a day. Orthotics that have enough support but are comfy right away are hsrd to find. They don't have too high a volume so don't make my boots too tight. They look like they will be easy to wipe down. Great value for money, comfy and made of materisls i know will last well.

High arch, good insoles for plantar fasciatis
These insoles feel rock hard to touch so I was a bit worried about wearing these for my plantar fasciatis, expecting them to hurt my feet, but they feel very comfy in my shoes (when worn with socks). I have been recommended these to correct my flat footedness as I've been getting knee pain when walking. I do so much walking daily with my job and two dogs, always on my feet. First day with these and the support on my arch feels great, plus like I mentioned they don't feel hard or uncomfortable either. So far so good! Most other insoles I've tried don't seem to have as much of an arch as these, so these seem really good and a great price too!

Ideal in shaped shoes where full length would squash toes
Half insole to support painful feet. Bought becasue was experiencing pain in midstep and shoes alone were not supportive enough. Half insole left enough room in my shoes for my toes to remain comfy while my arch was supported. Eased pain comfortably and effectively until were no longer required.

Helps plantar fasciitis.
You don’t notice them & helps elevate your arch when the plantar fasciitis is bad.

Surprisingly Comfortable
Bought these to give them a go as I’ve struggled to find arch supports that are comfortable and fit my shoes nicely. Very pleased to say these fit in most of my sports trainers. They are not cushioned but the height of the arch has relieved my foot pain. They are good quality and have massively reduced the pain I was in from having fallen arches.

I thought they were good value for money
Relieved pain in my hip as they improved my posture. They were comfortable to wear ,but I found them a bit wide for some of my shoes

EXCELLENT so far!!!! I was a little skeptical to buy these. I have an extreme case of over-pronating. It's so bad that every medical pair of orthopedic insoles I've had made don't work because the edge pushes into the side of my foot causing extreme pain. I'm waiting for, yet another pair specifically made for me & in the meantime I saw these. The reviews were good & so I gave it a shot. I can usually tell within a few steps if they'll work. I was pleasantly surprised by how good my feet felt, especially the right. They are giving enough support to keep ankle from rolling inwards to much. I am wearing them all day today, so far so good. My left arch is hurting a little, but that's mostly from not having used any shoes in the house. I think I will be purchasing a second pair. I really like that they are not full foot so it gives me more options as to what shoe I want to wear.

Don’t know if it’s suitable for everyone but it helps me. Not perfect but it’s better than nothing. When wearing they come up in the middle and that hurts after while.

Veremos cuanto duran : )
