Yes- just takes a long time. The highest temp of 75*c means no fear of damage to anything “special” 👍

How long does it take to dry soft fruit like banana, kiwi etc

24h for slightly soft, about 48h for dry but depends how thick you cut it. This is based on a 5mm thick slice.

does this make the fruit crispy, like freeze dried raspberries you can buy?

No, they are still slightly bendy and soft. More like the chewy mango and dried fruit snacks you can get. There are other techniques using the freezer or oven but I don't know about soft fruit.

anybody tried to dehydrated soaked nuts, specifically almonds?

I haven't tried nuts, but I have tried fruit and mushrooms and other things that are quite dense, which are no problem
