Great pop up socket, hole saw a little tricky.
Really happy with this purchase! Used it in a behind the sofa table I made for my husband for Christmas. Works great, although we haven't tried the Ethernet or HDMI. He loves having the wireless charger and everyone was using it to charge their devices through the holiday visits. My only complaint was the lack of a guide or drill bit to keep the hole saw centered. I ended up clamping blocks of wood at four points around the outline of where I wanted to cut the hole to channel the saw and keep it from jumping all over the place. Not sure how you would start your hole if it was in the center of a large surface.

So far works as advertised
Works exactly as advertised. I do however think that the included hole saw drill attachment that is included be "beefier" as mine didn't even make it through the desk to install. It made enough mark that my Dremel could finish it.

Horrible customer service
Warning! Do not purchase this item! We installed this pop up charger in our quartz countertop. Shortly after the wireless charger stopped working. We reached out to the seller. Basically we were ignored. HORRIBLE customer service. Do not purchase this item.

Cords move when unit pops up
Nice unit, but all the cords below the table will move up when the unit is deployed. If you are trying to hide the cords this becomes an issue. Also the HDMI cord end broke and not sure if we'll be able to replace or fix.

Works well. Great to have when entertaining. Purchased my own hole saw bit to install, the included bit does not have a center drill bit to keep it from traveling.

No instructions included in box
I think it would be fine, haven't had installed yet, but no instructions included and have no idea what the usb cord is to be connected to and why.
