they work great...4 stars because bought this pair to replace a bulb and to have a spare but the first one quit working about 2 days after installing it other bulb is working perfectly fine though

Be VERY cautious and I would recommend buying two pairs.
I bought two pairs of these bulbs just in case one bulb didn't work... I'm glad I did because as expected only one bulb from each pair worked... They look really nice but it's literally a 50/50 chance on getting a good pair of bulbs. Also I'm not sure if it's user error or not but the high beams attempt to turn on but then immediately go out after... Any help would be appreciated. Thanks..

The ones I received weren't 10ks
I purchased new bulbs unaware of my ballast being faulty. Today i installed 50 bucks later new ballastes to discover my replacement bulbs dont match my 10k setup. Not sure where to place the blame but clearly I'm not to blame. Why dont numbers match if u aren't buying the whole setup?.....I'd add a pic if I wasn't fed up with the upsetting end result

First off let me say my bulbs got here very ...
First off let me say my bulbs got here very quickly and are very bright. But they are supposed to be hi/love beam bulbs when I put them in the bright light indicator on my dash stays on and when I pull the switch to swap to bright one of the lights goes out and the other gets REALLY dim and my fog lights will not come on with the headlights on. I have the all Xentec parts (i.e. bulbs and ballast). Any suggestions on what the issue could be?
