Yes! Each bin can be removed from the trash can. Each bin also has a stainless steel handle to easily grab and go wherever you need!

How do I get the trash bags to stay in the bin?

One each side of the bin, there is a hole to pull the trash bag though, simply tie a knot and the bag will stay tightly in place.

Each bin holds 8 gallons. Both bins total 16 gallons.
