can you ship it without the basket?

It comes in the basket. If you don't like the look of the wooden pot it comes in, you could insert it into another slightly larger pot, and put a little more moss around the top to hide the edges.

What are the dimensions ?

Depending on how the leaves “settle,” this item is about the size one would expect of a living plant of this type — roughly 8• inches tall and quite full and lifelike if you keep the leaves well tended. Not a trick wherein the order is almost miniature in some cases.

Can these plants be used for outdoor patio use?

Yes, we live in southern Arizona and have a screened arizona room with 7 silk plants, some of witch have been there around seven years and still look great! The room is 12' x 24' and looks absolutely beautiful. We have one more coming. Most people are amazed that they look so real!

I see the pictures show the plant in two different color wooden vases, which one is the correct one?

Mine is the brown, almost reddish brown, color.
