Not sure what to say
The size is perfect for me but after seasoning as well every time I cook with it , after cleaning the water stuck leaves orange residue. Is it pure iron?

DON'T JUDGE A BOOK BY THE COVER
This may look a little rough, but it is pure iron which cannot be moulded. Once cleaned and seasoned properly, (you will have to Google for instructions,) it looks beautiful and will last a lifetime, these pure iron pots are heirlooms, and they last several generations. You cannot break pure iron, cast iron is brittle and will break, that is the difference.Delighted with this large Kadhai. A treasure forever.
