Am I using it wrongly
Well I have tried several different kinds and this has got to be the worst. I just don't understand how it can be of any help. Shape is totally wrong and fold up far to easily. There must be someone who can invent something that works. Really disappointed and it wasn't cheap.

Perfect for me
After back fusion my flexibility isn't there...I'm headed back to work and needed a product just like this. Perfect. If you are larger than extra large it might not be long enough for you.

Good because it's portable, but it's not that sturdy
Good because it's portable. I bought it because my arm was in a cast. You can fold it up and put it in a pocketbook or briefcase,but it's not that sturdy. Still, it was the best thing I found so I bought it. Would I recommend it? I would recommend it more than something on a non-portable stiff brush, but I'd still say to keep looking for something that was portable but sturdier.
