Fast, lightweight, good battery life, good value for the price
I bought this to replace my 10-year-old HP just because it aged out of Windows and I couldn't install anything new. This little computer was extremely affordable, easy to set up, and I'm running QuickBooks along with other memory intensive programs and it's fast with no lagging. I was happy to find a laptop with a numeric keyboard at this price point. Battery life is great - I can spend the whole day working anywhere in my house without having to worry about a charge.

PC Laptop works as advertised but have not been updated since manufacturing so drivers and software addons such as antivirus and essential software such as adobe are not included with this item.

HORRIBLE, MISLEADING AND OVERPRICED
Incredibly poor laptop build quality. Remarkably weak performance. Complete slug when it comes to even attempting to open any browser let alone game. Only use for this laptop would be backing up an iPhone or storing photos. The 500Gb external hard drive provided is of poor quality and comes jam packed with Chinese text and miscellaneous files. Just more E-waste slop to peddle to people looking to save some dough. DO NOT PURCHASE NO MATTER HOW DISCOUNTED

Great Chromebook!
Ordered this for our 11 year grandson to help out with school Language projects. He loves it and has gone a step further and is learning to write code and make his own little games. He has been using it for over a year now with no complaints. Money well spent!

Not compatible with Amazon photo
So frustrating, I don't know why but this chromebook bought on Amazon os not compatible with Amazon photos. It is ao frustrating !! But at the exception of this flaw, it's a great machine!

Lenovo customer service is a joke
I ordered this laptop and when I received it, it looked like it had been returned as the tape was cut and a new sticker was placed on the box. The laptop had fingerprints on it. I was okay with this because it was a good deal. Then I noticed the camera wasn't working. I contacted Lenovo and confirmed the laptop needed to be repaired but they wanted to charge me to ship it to them. I said I'd rather just return it and the chat representative said she would try to help me more. So she sent me a bunch of information to click on a link to process the return for repair and then I asked again if I would be charged for this and the chat representative said yes. They weren't helpful. I leaves a bad taste in my mouth when a company will send you a faulty product and charge you to repair it, even though it's within warranty.
