Up to you I think. Preference wise.
I have been taking electrolytes for years now. First in liquid form and then when that got pricey, I switched to packets to add to water. I have been using Gatorade brand for the cost and most importantly the taste. I did not compare each packet to the other as far as ingredients, but I thought I would give these a try. I will honestly say this I PREFER the Gatorade brand. It has a stronger flavor or taste. It doesn't have that artificial sugar additive taste at all, and these do for sure. Since honesty is best here, they may work just as well,but I felt no difference in the hydration, and the cost difference only matters to me if its large, so based on that I'm gonna stay with what I like. Four stars for that aftertaste I don't like in sweetners.

These little 0 calorie electrolyte packets are sooo super good. They're so convenient and practical. They literally stopped me from waking up in the middle of the night to urinate 5 times. I sleep completely through the night and am super hydrated without adding "water" bloat to my body. I will be buying the larger jar. All flavors are so delicious. I really loved the grape and lemonade. All are super cool neon colors in water.

Great flavor
I really like these hydration packs. They are easy to take with you and just pour into your water. The flavor is great, not too strong or salty like other hydration packs. And the big plus is clean ingredients.
