Es excelente llevo más de tres años tomándolo , Me va genial ,para sueño ,relajar, estreñimiento.se disuelve perfectamente y sabor agradable Y tb tomo el citrato de potasio de la misma marca es el duo perfecto. Me alegra q esté en Amazon ya q antes no lo tenían .. Y cantidad es verdad q viene un poco más de medio bote pero rinde bastante. Comparado con otros q no se disuelven y quedan como arenilla . Yo lo suelo tomar antes de las seis de la tarde y me va genial .. Lo recomiendo 💯

Este producto yo hace años que lo estoy utilizando, pero el que viene en bote y en polvo que te lo dosificas a la medida que necesites, para mí es imprescindible, este lo compré porque para llevarlo en viajes es más cómodo
