I use this as a bookcase and it works I think it’s sturdy it is kind of cheap wood though and some of the screws are loose like they won’t tighten enough but it still holds it would be easy to switch out the hardware for some that would fit right.

Easy to install and cute

It does what I need it to do BUT for the price it is incredibly cheap wood! I got the "pickled oak finish" which is not finished at all. It's bare wood! It splintered in a few places where the holes were drilled. You could easily put a finish on this, or paint it, or just put a sealer on it so the wood doesn't get stains. I just needed something in my bedroom for a few things (candle, incense, phone charger, etc) so it does the job. I didn't attach to wall yet as I might do something to the wood first.... Was it worth almost $50? Definitely not....

This item is a total ripoff. First it's labeled as pickled oak, but it's none of that, rather some kind fir or other softwood, unfinished, rough. Second it is labeled as a bookshelf which it most certainly is not, because it is too small to stand books upright, not at all like what is in the photograph. Very flimsy and cheap, not worth the purchase price. In fact, I threw mine out when I realized I couldn't store books on it.

It was easy to assemble and sturdy. But the finish is nothing like what the photos look like. It’s basically unfinished wood. I’m going to have to paint it or stain it.

I am pleased with this shelving unit! It's perfect! It fits the bill! Didn't want anything too overpowering for the room. It had taken no time at all to assemble! A child could do it!! I like the natural wood of it! I like the rustic look of pine! I did use a tab of acrylic paint though to lighten a few knot holes but other than that, no complaints !! Love it! Plan on putting some plants on it !

It’s super adorable! But is a little flimsy. And unfinished.

Was really surprised how flimsy this is. Made of cheap pine, almost like a thick balsa wood, and I wouldn’t call on it to hold much weight. Came with a warped and detached slat on the lowest shelf, but I was able to rig it enough to make it work. And as for the “oak finish” I ordered, there was nothing oakish about it. It’s just bare, unstained and untreated pine and definitely not worth $50.

The quality is different from the one showed in the picture. The product is not varnished. One part was broken, as one of the pics here shows. I did not return because I traveled the day after I received it and I opened it almost 2 weeks later. It is not well finished, the wood is weak. You can buy in IKEA something with a similar function with a similar price but better finished.
