At my last checkup several months ago, I was considered borderline pre-diabetic. It's a condition that follows in my family. I also have a lot of belly fat that diets won't do a thing for. I don't know how to star this yet, but I suffer from constipation and this product has finally fixed it so far. My body will get use to stuff, so I will review again later. Has not brought my Blood sugar readings down, not yet. I will definitely buy again

I bought two bottles and just started taking on April 22/2024, I have lost 5 pounds (as of this morning May 03).This is my every day routineIn morning between 8 and 10 I take 2 pills with 8 oz of water. Between 11 and 2 I ate low calories lunch (can be anything as long as it lợw in calories). If you love soda like I do then drink 0 calories drink or low cal drink.Trying to lose weight it’s all about the calories.In the evening I take 1 pill then eat low calories dinner.When I say low calories I mean you can eat anything but pay attention to the portions.Say if you have steak that night, eat 4 ounces instead of 6 with salad instead of potatoes.I hope this would helpIt works for me so far.There will be days that your weight goes up a little don’t give up just adjust your calories intake the next day

Great for stabilizing my glucose levels. I didn’t notice any negative side effects from it. It was easy to swallow and there was not an aftertaste. I did divided doses, one in the morning and one for lunch. I also drank a full glass of water with each pill. They do see to be a bit big, but never got stuck in my throat. I am used to taking supplements though. So far I am happy with this new addition to my routine! I have blood test in a few weeks, so we’ll see what the Dr. thinks as well!

It works for my father. I'm only half way through a month of using it to see if it works as well as metformin. I hope is does.

A doctor recommended this for me. According to my blood test results I have insulin resistance. She originally recommended that I go on metaformin but since I don't like medication she said that berberine would be a great alternative. I started taking two capsules everyday along with some ala.I have not had another blood test result yet however, I have lost weight! I have been trying to lose weight since I had my son 4 years ago and even after cutting out carbs and adding more protein and other things my weight had stalled out at about 8 lb of loss. Started taking this supplement along with the ala and my weight started dropping again even though my already healthy diet hadn't changed.I've lost another 6 lb using these two supplements together. And I know it's the supplements that are working because when I ran out of the berberine and stopped taking it my weight started to fluctuate again.I think this is the missing key to why my weight loss is stalled, my body simply does not know what to do with glucose and this help it process it better.Overall, very satisfied with this product!

Awesome product. In last year of November, I, at 52 was at a weight of 214 with an A1C of 6.4. I brought the product to take and dedicate myself with losing weight. With just having my physical now in May running out of my 3rd bottle of Berberine Extract and losing weight down to 204, my A1C is now 5.9. I had not experienced any of the possible side effects. The investment, dedication and time was worth it!
