It's very simpls shape.
The 3-year store warranty made this low risk to try this brand, and I tested the customer service phone line and someone answered right away. It’s pretty normal to have a percentage of electronics that can have glitches, so the warranty would protect for an easier exchange if needed.I didn’t have any errors with my device, although I keep my drivers updated regularly, so that might be why.

Great purchase came as expected
I have always have good experiences with TEMSOOM hard disk products. This is a very fast hard drive.This arrived promptly and in perfect working condition. I purchased this in order to keep Family movies that I have transferred from VHS tapes to DVD's and I want to keep the movies on something so I can make another disk without needing to transfer it again from VHS. this holds a lot of movies with room for more. I am pleased with my purchase of this TEMSOOM 2TB hard drive and I highly recommend this.

Good quality
I bought this to supplement my storage space as I moved to a new computer (since it appears computers are coming with a lot less storage capacity these days). This drive was a pleasant surprise. Couldn't be easier to use, and did exactly what I needed. Love it. Really no setup, plug and play. Will definitely purchase another if the need arises.

So far, so good!
I bought this for my hudbands birthday as I bought him an xbox one with the 6 month game pass as an early gift but the system only has 1tb so he kept having to uninstall games to get others. This hard drive is awesome and very easy to use just plug it into the xbox USB and reformat it and it's ready to use. It also lights up flashing blue letting you know when it's in use which is a nice feature.

Love it, small & speedy
I got this to download the photos off my iPhone, since an external hard drive is more economical than paying monthly for storage on the cloud. The device is lightweight, plug and play, simple to use. I just connected my phone and the drive through my laptop and I could transfer files seamlessly.

Easy to Use
This is the 2rd or 3th portable sized Hard Drives I have purchased for backing up 1000's of photos. All of them have worked great out of the box and continue to do so over the years. This is my latest purchase of a larger size as my photo library grows. I carry these on vacations too and I haven't had any problems but I am careful to make sure I don't drop them or expose them to severe impact. They are not designed for that.
