Ce que j’ai apprécié Le matériau anti‑éclatement est vraiment rassurant : le ballon reste stable et ne se déforme pas excessivement. La surface légèrement texturée offre une bonne adhérence, ce qui évite de glisser pendant les exercices. Le ballon est livré avec une pompe, ce qui permet de l’utiliser immédiatement. Pour qui c’est idéal Pour le fitness à la maison, le yoga, le pilates ou le gainage. Pour les personnes cherchant un siège plus dynamique au bureau. Pour les femmes enceintes souhaitant un ballon fiable et confortable. Pour les exercices de rééducation ou de mobilité. Good for my pregnancy

Bought this to replace my last birth-ball, and I'm glad I got this one. I've had 6 pregnancies, so I know a decent birth ball vs junk. This one I've had for a few months now, and it's holding up really well. Pros: Easy to inflate, holds air really well, feels thicker-walled than many I've tried in the past at a similar price point, and DOES NOT STINK with that plastic-y/chemical odor. Cons: Like all gym balls, it can feel clammy to the touch and gets sweaty. But, that's not something you're going to be able to avoid without a cover. It does have a more spongy vs smoother surface texture, which is a pro for me (I think that's more comfortable to sit on when you're in labor especially) but if you're wanting a glass smooth ball, this isin't that kind. If I this one goes the way of the rest of them after my kids get a hold of it post new sibling birth, I wouldn't hesitate to replace it with the exact same ball. Good product, good value for your money.
