After being diagnosed with leukemia, I was recommended to try Greens First. Initially, I was skeptical about drinking a green drink, but the mint flavor in this product makes it so refreshing and easy to consume. I actually look forward to having it each day! One time, I ran out and decided to buy a different brand locally. The taste was absolutely awful compared to Greens First, and I regretted not having my usual supply. Now, I always keep a backup canister of Greens First so I never run out. If you're looking for a green drink that not only supports your health but also tastes great, I highly recommend Greens First. It's become a staple for me, and I truly believe in its benefits!

We started using Greens First in 2013 when I was diagnosed with cancer. It was recommended to us by a family member whose spouse also battled cancer. Concerned that chemo would affect my appetite we gave this a try to provide my body with the nutrients it needed. Thankfully I never experienced nausea or loss of appetite but still took this every day during treatment since I was not getting in enough fruits and vegetables in my normal diet. After being in remission and life moving on I didn't make Greens First a priority and only took it occasionally. Then mid 2015 when I became pregnant I immediately ordered more. I took it faithfully during the nine months of pregnancy and for several months while breastfeeding. I truly believe it gave my body the nutrients it needed to be healthy and strong. I find it easiest to take first thing in the morning and mainly supplement this for breakfast. I recommend getting the Chocolate Booster. This product has a minty taste and wasn't pleasant to my taste buds in the beginning but after adding the chocolate booster and some time I found the taste appealing. Several of my family members use Greens First now and have positive things to say about it too.

I started taking this on the recommendation of a trainer I was working with. She was a distributor for the product. I have continued with the product ever since. It's been probably 15 years or more since first being introduced to this product. I have kept up with it pretty regularly, first thing in the morning. Everyone knows me by my "green drink". I was never a coffee person, or had any regular morning drink, but I really miss this if I forget it or run out. I have had periodic digestive issues over the years, and I think the digestive enzymes in this drink have helped mitigate those problems. In addition, for all of the time I have been taking this drink, I have never gotten a cold or flu, despite the fact that for 10 of those past 15 years I worked in elementary schools. I believe, and have to attribute it to this drink. It is the only thing I have done most consistently over that period of time. I believe it is not only the antioxidants in it, but the digestive enzymes, all of the good greens to create a healthy biome for your gut (I believe a healthy immune system begins in a healthy gut). I love this drink and will not go without it.

This product is loaded with all sorts of good stuff. The ingredients label speaks for itself. (Go up above and zoom in on the label.) I don't care for the taste primarily because it is heavily flavored with spearmint (and sweetened with stevia). At times it felt like I was drinking spearmint or mint-flavored toothpaste. I was able to somewhat lessen this taste by putting the juice of 1/2 of a lemon in with 1 scoop and ~8 oz of water (1 glass). I eventually decided not to continue purchasing this item because it has spirulina, a blue-green algae in it. Sometimes spirulina supplements can become contaminated with a liver toxin that some (all?) blue-green algae create. This seems like a quality, safe product and spirulina is consumed by many people, but I am becoming one of those health nuts that nit picks about everything, so I'd rather be safe than sorry. Spirulina has also been touted as a high protein food, so I like the idea of it, but I remain hesitant. I also don't really need this supplement anymore as I have "manned-up" to eating raw mature kale and related greens. That said, if the manufacturer took out the spirulina, I'd probably buy this regularly again. Maybe a spirulina-free version just for the paranoid ones of us? I believe this product is ideal for someone who hates vegetables and fruits and is not willing to eat them raw. This allows them to drink a zillion concentrated servings of fruits/veggies in 1 sitting, and you get other goodies too. I originally heard about this product from a reputable chiropractor who extremely health-oriented and exercises all the time.

I've been using the Green First Nutrient and boast for a little over a month now, I'm also adding the Berry Green Superfood to the mixture and blending all 3 with blueberries and sometimes Strawberries as well in my vitamix. This all together makes a tasty drink! I add a teaspoon of each powder to 12oz. of water and my partner and I share the drink equally between us! I've noticed feeling a little better from not having as much back pain and also seem to have a little more energy as well. So I'm excited to see how this helps me over more time of using it everyday? At this point I'm only drinking 6oz. In the morning, but considering a second drink at night too? Only catch is the price, it's not cheap to take every month! Especially when there's 2 of you drinking it you got to buy twice as much every month! But if it helps our pain problems and gives us more energy it's worth the cost as long as you can afford to buy it? So far I have high hopes for these products, I hope they keep making me feel better? Oh, I'm also taking Tumeric 500mgs as well for pain!

This was recommended by my naturopath. It's the best tasting green powder I've tried. I like it best in pomegranate juice but I've had it in water too. It's perfect for those late afternoon tummy rumbles. More convenient than green smoothies for travel or at work but can also add to a smoothie for extra nutrients. Oh and $10 cheaper than at the naturopath.

I have tried so many greens drinks out in the market but this is the best product ever. It is low in carbs, great level of protein and tastes fantastic, and above that, I feel energetic and great on the product. I made a mistake and sent a review thinking I was responding to a merchant that I bought a phone from, so please disregard the review on this site as it was a mistake.

This is a great product, I have been taking it for years. However the last time I ordered it price was $59.99 free prime delivery. Puzzling to see how much the price has gone up. The Berry flavour is same product, very sweet though, and it has remained the same price. Very disappointing how much the original product has gone in price, I will not be buying it at this price.

I use this product for nutritional value at all three meals 👍.

Hands down best tasting green powder and mixed really well stirred into water. The only thing I find strange is that my ingredient label is different than pictures online. I chose this product because it contained pine bark extract and the product I received does not list it on the label. Odd.
