The instructions were vague due to the originator of the document was not a native speaker. I figured out how to program and operate the unit on my own. I would be interested if the manufacture and or distributor would like to contract me to write better instructions. Also, there is not mention that the density of the fluid will change the metering action of the filler. Another thing that I determined on my own. Nice little unit though. This pump is an amazing product for the price. It is extremely easy to use and precise. We use it to fill 100 ml bottles and will probably be buying a second one due to high volume of use it is getting.

The video that Amazon shows on their website for the operation of this filling machine describes the function of each of the buttons very well. Unfortunately they don't work the way it shown in either the video or the Operating Instruction6 that came with the machine. When you turn the power on the pump starts immediately and runs for the amount of time set. You have to push the STOP button to get it to shut off. Then it restarts itself again after the amount of time set. It doesn't make any difference which of the Working Mode Settings it's on, as it does the same thing on all of them.

I like that the product is easy to use and I use it for my lip gloss business.

The moment I turned it on, it stopped working. After trying to figure out what was wrong, the only option was to return it for a refund, but by then I wasn't in the US anymore so I couldn't find a way to return it for free, even to get the refund, and then I needed a machine anyway, so sending a new one or different one would cost me again. So I ended up having to send it to a local technician. His verdict:"Low Quality Materials, Current Corrector burnt out as soon as the machine was plugged in."Also, it says it has 6 programs> It can switch between 6 different setting records, which you can configure and save to cope with different filling requirements.But you can only program one, Number 0, as from 1 to 6 are actually presets that can't be changed, or if they can't, I haven't been able to.Also, does not give you a filling value in ml. So you need to play with the Filling Time vs Filling Speed to figure out for yourself, and there are no charts to give an idea what the filling volumes are in the different settings.Once set up, it is easy to use, but the question remains: How long will it last if it already broke down upon plugging it in?Unless you live in the US and can ship it back to get a refund, beware.

The media could not be loaded.  This item will not pump any water the motor is basically bad. You hear it very faint when pressing the green button for a signal then nothing. I’m displeased and on top of this the piece in the back is so loose that there is no way to tighten it at all. I don’t believe this was tested. It came to be very dirty and seems like it was used. I want my money back
