Is this good for doing aerial dance conditioning like straddles, inversions and non-drop skills?

I can't answer this question for your body. Every BODY is different. I can give you my experience. I love my KT Dedicated Stand Frame! I use it for my yoga trapeze practice. The stand’s most stable when my center of gravity is at the center of the stand. It’s less stable when I move off-center. There are two methods that I know of to keep the stand from moving: 1) placing sports tape on the floor under the four corners, and 2) weighing the stand down with sand bags. I tried using sports tape, and it did keep the stand from moving; however, my cat ended up pulling one of the pieces off and getting it caught in his mouth. It was scary! I got the piece of tape out of his mouth and removed the other three pieces from the floor. I have yet to try sand bags. What I love most about my stand is the bars. While they can get in the way when doing straddles, I can use them to deepen my stretches. The stand isn’t that tall. I’m closer to the ground than when I take aerial yoga at a yoga studio. I’m 5’7” and 125 pounds.
