Can this be brought on airplanes with tsa regulations?

Accepted Answer

Sure.  All of Anker PowerCores have capacities that meet the requirements to be taken on airplanes as carry-on baggage, but they are not allowed to be transported in checked luggage.  Please confirm with your airlines on how many power banks they allow a person to carry on, as most only allow two, and travel requirements are subject to change.

Does it support power delivery? what's the usb-c power output?

Sorry for our mistake. This PowerCore Essential 20000 supports Power IQ charging technology, which is incompatible with Power Delivery, the USB-C port is for input only and cannot be used to charge other devices.  If you want to choose one with PD charging technology and use the USB-C port to charge other devices, we suggest you choose PowerCore Essential 20000 PD.

Question 3

What does the green light mean?  Seems to charge on blue and green.

The previous answer to this question stated that when the green light is illuminated, the charging bank will charge the connected device at 2x the speed. This is incorrect. The product feature on Amazon explains this 2 to 3 times stating that when the green light is illuminated it is charging in “trickle charge” mode. This is better for devices such as earbuds, watches, and other small battery devices. This is done so the smaller devices do not “overcharge” and possibly end up doing long term damage to the battery of the device you are charging. I will paste a description from the products feature page.

Trickle-Charging Mode

Trickle charging is designed to provide optimized charging to low-power devices such as earphones, Bluetooth speakers, and other accessories. To activate, press the power button twice or press and hold for 2 seconds until the LED indicator turns green.

what the difference between this and the powercore 20100 ??

This one appears to be newer (going by the Amazon message "There is a newer version of this product" on the 20100 page), has a USB-C input port, and can trickle charge "low power devices" if you double press the wheel.
