Quality product for the price
This was an opportunity to teach my grandson.I couldn't get the exact replacement for the Affinity Fender series guitar. This product was made suitable.The original selector switch was good so only the pots were replaced.Care was necessary to transfer the wiring.The final result produced good tone with clear sound.

Works fine but check your size for knobs.
They are on the small size set up for anything made pre sixties, but I was able to utilize this for a1957 gibson grande double steel. For the price they worked fine.

Not For Beginners
I originally received a harness with a broken switch, it was loose. I received a replacement which seemed fine but ended up noticing loose solder joints. This harness was meant to be an easy install but the soldering job by the factory is atrocious with a drop of solder on each connection. I've had 2 connections come apart. I'm going to end up going over each connection to make sure everything is connected. Not a huge deal for me but it's disappointing as I need to do more work than anticipated. I would not recommend this for someone who does not know how to solder.

My guitar is back!
It works so good! It was my 2nd time soldering any guitar parts and using an online diagram, i was able to figure out how the wires went and I was able to fix my guitar. TY TY TY !

Not worth the money or time
Solder does not adhere, everything broke and I had to redo the solders on it all. POTS are cheap quality and I will be replacing them again soon. You get what you pay for

Works a treat. Guitar works like new again. May not be ideal for all strat copies.
Messed up soldering things the first time. Bought another as I'd gotten to know where everything went and it worked a treat.Some strat copies (like my 80's Peavey Predator) will require another nut on the inside of the pickguard to keep the volume and tone pots level, or for a groove to be milled into the pickguard. I imagine this is there to stop the pots turning without needing to tighten the nuts as hard, but it does not fit with all pickguards.
