This is an excellent Greek cookbook! I have lived and worked in Greece for many years and this was a simple method to achieve many of my favorite dishes and learn new oneS.

Book just arrived yesterday and it’s beautiful with photographs I think for every recipe and I’m delighted!

Love the book. So far we tried 4 recipes and all were amazing. Really greek flavor

I love this book, I've wanted it for a while and now its getting colder I thought it was time. I have made a lamb dish and the rice pudding so far, both were delicious. It's a really easy book to follow and to swap out ingredients for what you have on hand. You can easily adapt the recipes if you are making in the oven rather than a slow cooker. The book has lovely pictures so you know what a dish should look like and lots of explanations so you learn the history of the dish. If you love traditional Greek food and stress less cooking this book is for you.

Amazing recipes, amazing photographs, overall an amazing book. I have already tried most of the recipes and must admit that the quantities given are more than exact and the extra tips add up to make delicious plate in almost no effort!

This is not my first sc recipe book, but is by far the best one! They have really done a great job with it! The quality of the pages, the pictures, thumps up. The information about slow cooking, to the point. Every recipe is simply written and leaves nothing to wonder about. Being Greek myself, I can tell you the outcome is just right and super! If you enjoy Greek food or want to give it a try, this is the book you need when it comes to slow cooking. You will find a little bit of everything (poultry, seafood, vegetables, legumes, sweets *the chocolate cake alone is reason enough to own the book) * delivery fast as expected

I think it's the only source for tested recipes of the major greek traditional dishes adapted to the slow cooker way. I give 5 stars because it allows me to save so much time and effort from the everyday cooking without having to impose unfamiliar ingredients and tastes to my greek-eating family. Loved how detailed everything is. I wish it was available in greek too.

Hi, I recently acquired this amazing book by you and I have to say, It’s fantastic thus far, I have made the chicken & potatoes which was delicious and today I made sofigado which was truly delicious!!!
