Very well written recipes, basic mix clearly explained on every page, so need to keep flicking back to the start.It would be much improved if there were pictures for all recipes and the troubleshooting section - which is very informative.

Perfect book for beginners!!!
I am so glad I got this book. The recipes are easy to understand and so so yummy. I had never made macarons before and this is the perfect way to learn. My favorite part is the section on navigating troubles - as it tells you exactly why certain things (like cracked shells) are happening!!So far I have made the strawberry shells with lemon curd filling, mocha shells with nutella filling, and lemon shells with lemon buttercream filling. All AMAZING!
