K&H Cat Bed, Self-Warming Pet Pad, Reversible Oatmeal/Chocolate

I thought I was buying the perfect cozy spot for my cat. My cat, however, apparently had other plans. The warming pad is well made, soft, and fits nicely where I wanted to put it. I love that it self warms without needing electricity, so it is easy for him to get warm and cozy. Unfortunately, my feline supervisor inspected it, gave me a judgmental look, and went right back to sleeping in the cardboard box it came near. That's definitely not the pad's fault, it's just cat logic I guess. I'm leaving it out because I know one day my cat will suddenly decide it's the greatest invention ever and act like it was his idea all along. Until then, I'm impressed with the quality and would still recommend it to anyone whose cat is a little less opinionated than mine.

UPDATE: For som reason after the first time of using it she won't go near it. I wish I knew why. She uses her thin leopard one. Plush and thick enough, my 24 year old cat loves it! She's deaf so I don't know about how crinkly it is or if it would bother her. It works great to keep her warm, which is important for a elderly senior cat. I even put it over her when it first came because I didn't want to move her. She doesn't usually tolerate anything on her, but she never moved and actually fell asleep, probably from the warmth. Perfect size to fit on her part of the couch, and thick enough to cushion her bones, although it's not on the floor. Looks great, and I love that it's reversible. I just got it today so I haven't had to clean it yet, but it looks well made so I'm sure it will go through the washer just fine, and it can be spot cleaned. I've had a few other ones and different one and I just take her brush to it to remove the fur it will collect.

Great outdoor heat pads for cats or any smaller sized animal. I have 4 of these from the K&H brand along with 2 of their plug in electronic heat mats and their quality stuff. Everything i own of theirs is anywhere from 1yr to 15yrs old and still works and washes up good. Eventually after so many cleanings it messes with the interior mylar that reflects the heat and doesn't work quite as well as when new but thats usually years down the road. Very affordable and well made. I've bought many different pet beds off Amazon over the past 20yrs and K&H is one of the better ones IMO & IME. I know my 5 cats love these things and in the winter there good to have when the cats go out.

Very soft, good color. My cats love it, the problem is had was trying to figure out which side was the correct side...so I used the pic on Amazon to figure it out. Once I had the correct side, I would find my cats on it. I haven't had to test the water resistance. It kept the kitties warm when we had neg number coldness. OK on the quality...expected it to be a bit bigger.

All the outside & inside kitties LOVE these, young or old. It helped get the senior outsiders, who started out as 'strays', but are now mine, cozy & warm during those artic blasts we had this year, they have houses to get into outside, but i always add these thru the winter months, they arent hot like plug in warmers, but i think the softness & their body heat makes it so cozy they dont want to get come out. also, as note, it got cold this winter, mom was always feeling chilly even with her heat on, i got her one of these to put at the back of her chair to keep her back warm, she liked it so much i got her 2 more, one to sit on, one for her lap under her throw, she loves them & stays comfortable using them, she even takes one to bed-so really its not just for our pets only. There are a lot of outdoor cats in my neighborhood that come around and I always feel so bad for them during the winter. I bought a little house and I bought this cushion to put inside it and they absolutely love it! It’s something comfy that they can lay on during the cool summer nights, but also keep them very warm during the winner. A few weeks ago, I even had a cat that felt comfortable enough to give birth outside on this! It was not too difficult to clean and the cats definitely seem more relaxed. I’m glad I can offer them something comfortable even if they are feral.

Fast ship, no issues. Very soft and the perfect size. I sprayed a little catnip on it to get her attention and that was all I needed to do. She took to it.\nAnd within a few minutes was making it her own. She also loves the crinkly noise as she was making biscuits on it. She slipped on it overnight , so it's a keeper. I might get another one to place in another area for her.So I recommend it. The price was very reasonable; the size and quality are perfect. Highly recommend.

I use this primarily in the winter months and my fur babies love it! Yes it really does seem to help them to get that extra warmth that all cats love. It’s not the most durable or well made but for the price who can complain, especially when it makes our furry four legged friends happy! 😊

Perfect size. High Quality and perfect for her kitty cave. It is quiet and very plush and soft.

What can I say.. the cat hasn't stopped sleeping on it since I got it out of the packaging. She loves it! Being as fluffy as she is, big beds don't appeal to her. She gets too warm & just lays on the carpet instead. This pet pad is well made & the perfect size. Its warm & offers that extra bit of comfort. I haven't needed to wash it yet but it should be easy enough, following the instructions. Great buy!
