Replacement Pump for Moen Deck Mount Dispenser 3942
I previously bought a Moen Deck Mounted Kitchen Soap Dispenser 3942SRS and after some use the pump seized up gradually. This is a fairly common issue/complaint and I wasn't going to buy a whole new pump system but neither could I find just the replacement pump part. It was difficult to research and get a clear answer so I consulted ChatGPT which quickly said, "The replacement pump for the Moen 3942 sink soap dispenser is Moen part number 344113. This pump is specifically designed for Moen soap dispensers, including the 3942 model." So, I bought this part and it worked perfectly.I've since learned that the issue with the pump seizing up is that soap can dry out the o-ring in the pump causing it to stick or get stuck completely. You can take it apart with a few hand tools and lube it up with something like petroleum jelly, put it back together, and voila you're pumping again. Knowing that, I'm keeping one as a spare, and I'll rotate them whenever the issue happens again. I hope that helps someone out there!

Replacement
Bought this to replace my broken Moen soap dispenser pump. It fit perfectly and was easy to install. Great value.

Fixed my Moen when the original 2012 seized.
The pump mechanism froze up but I had to buy the entire lower assembly to get the pumper element. Seems to be a common problem, but I knocked off s star because of the this. Fixed the problem.

Perfect fix for bad pump. Didn’t want to replace complete unit for more $$. 2 minute fix.

Absolute junk
Absolute junk. Original pumper lasted five years. This one lasted a few days. O-ring visibly different from original and so is pumper. Appears to be genuine Moen part. Don’t waste your time purchasing this replacement.

This pump is a drop-in replacement. It fits and works well while it lasts. The original lasted 2 1/2 years and the replacement 9 months. Moen engineers should be ashamed of this design and materials choice.

Great...but there's a substitute
If you own a Moen MotionSense (Delaney was mine) 87359E2SRS and your soap dispenser pump fails, I recommend the Kohler 1041645. It's the same pump but the tube is shorter, so I simply interchanged it. This dispenser, while it contains the pump that I needed, was a purchase that came with the bottle and sink attachment that I didn't need. All I needed was the pump that failed after using it for only 2 years.
