This thing is the coolest little piece of paraphernalia I have even had the privledge to own. I’ve had it for thirty minutes and I could not be happier.It takes gentle pulls but hits like a steam roller. 6/5

Didnt live up to my hopes, it all went up in smoke....
I dont know if I got a faulty device or what. But it was suprt disappointing. I could barely pull air through it, let alone use it for its intended purpose. I had to strain to suck air through. We took it apart and tried everything to make it work right. But to no avail. I am requesting a refund because I am totally unsatisfied. I wasted $50 plus a month of time waiting for it and it doesnt even work. And the place I bought it from has been giving me the run-around. First they said it was probably defective, then told me I couldnt return it because it was used but offered me 15. Then they finally agreed to return it after I wrote a rather angry letter. Just all around disappinted by the product and the store.

Basically a single use item
Took over a month to receive (ships from China) and the tip is clogged after using it a few times. Doesn't appear to be cleanable. A replacement tip also has to be ordered from China. Good idea, poor execution.

Garbage, the battery button was broke on arrival and the tips burn out fast. Return started.

For what it is its a good product i wish it had better airflow but the temp stays pretty steady and you can get a nice hit

Short circuited within 5 minutes, no fix available!
Buyer's beware! I was so excited to get an electric rig finally. I opened the package, plugged in the device an after a full charge used it for the first time. Only after 5 cycles the red light on the power switch would flash and go into standby mode. It short circuited and there is nothing I can do about it.An additional $15 for a new nail and more waiting to see if it might work. No thanks!!!Don't waste your money

DOESNT WORK, DON'T BOTHER
Got this electric honey straw for smoking concentrate. It stopped working after 1 day. The seller sent me a replacement that didnt work at all from the start. Don't waste your time and money.
