This is what balsamic vinegar is supposed to taste like - depth of flavor is amazing. It’s expensive, but you get what you pay for, and a little goes a long way. When I dress a salad with it, I don’t bother with any oil. Also great on strawberries for dessert.

This balsamic Vinegar gives Oil and Vinegar as a salad dressing a whole new definition. It passes all the criteria for a true balsamic vinegar specially the taste test. I am qualified to make the statement as I have a "Super Taster" rating at a major food processing facility. It is competitive with the European high end balsamic vinegar's, yet the pricing allows it to be used an a daily basis instead of an eye dropper dose.I recommend this product to those who love a vinegar with a great bouquet,fabulous taste and a sweet finish.

We have been tired of purchasing balsamic vinegar and then finding it was very thin and lacking in flavor. We purchased this 2 based on recommendations in other reviews and indeed it was great! This vinegar is thick and full of sweet flavor. Great to use on a caprese salad or any other application where you need the flavor and constancy to stand out rather than disappear. This is our 6th bottle over the years and would definitely recommend the purchase. It is not the cheapest vinegar out on the market but the value for the product is fantastic.

Expensive but worth it-lasts longer because a little bit goes a long way!

I've purchased (and enjoyed) dribbling thick, sweet vinegar from $100 bottles of aged balsamic, but realistically that vinegar is only to get opened for very special occasions. This Villa Manodori is fills the price-point for a balsamic that can be used with salads, fruit, etc, on a daily basis and yet with barely any compromise in taste/texture compared to the seriously vintage stuff.

Really very good balsamic vinegar. Not as thick as certified, but tasty.

This is really good stuff I get it for my mom for a gift and she’s got me eating it it’s great with mozzarella or a salad or fish!!!

Have now ordered this multiple times, excellent quality always. This balsamic option offers the clingy, tangy thickness, superior to varieties normally available in the US. This is certainly not the same as $300 6oz. bottles of Carlo Giusti from Italy, but they offer appropriate added quality for the added cost.
