Excellent upgrade — works great and looks high quality!
This seal is a huge improvement over the standard one. I included before-and-after photos and only ordered the seal (not the track). The quality is immediately noticeable, and once installed, it seals much better than the original.Installation was fairly easy. My door is 10 feet wide and I ordered the exact length with no extra, and it took about an hour total. You slowly feed the seal into the rail while pulling from the other side. The last 12 inches were a bit stubborn, and having a second person would definitely make it easier. Just be careful not to let the rubber slip out of one side of the rail, or you’ll have to start over.One important tip: because this seal is thicker than the factory seal, you may need to adjust your garage door’s force limit. My door would close and then immediately reopen until I made that adjustment.Overall, very happy with this purchase. Great quality, noticeable improvement, and well worth it!

Ease of installation
Ok so first let me say that I love the material. Nice and thick and it should perform well. It hasn’t rained yet water retention is a non factor at the moment. The one aspect I need to address is the installation because it is not as easy as sliding it in the track. It takes two people to do that definitely. I found an easier way to install this and starts with one edge and a plastic paint scrapper. My arms got tired but I did it by myself and cutting to trim was easy. So far I think it was a good purchase and I can’t wait for the rain.

Easy to install but central tube pretty flat and only partly recovered with some help.
I was concerned after unrolling the weatherstrip at how flattened the central tube was. I fashioned a ramrod out of a short piece of 1/2" PVC on a piece of 3/8" copper pipe and used the ramrod and a heat gun to get the central tube in better shape and taped the flaps around it in a circle and secured with electrical tape, then I let it sit for several weeks. It recovered quite a bit but was still oval with some dents.To install I just sprayed some dry lube on the passages on the plastic door shoe and slid the new gasket in place. It was pretty easy to do this.I believe this new gasket will do a better job of sealing to the floor, especially at the outside left and right edges. The gasket that has no inner "pipe" gets too floppy toward the outer edges and binds on the weather stripping. I tried adding some foam pipe insulation at each end and that provided the rigidity to seal to the floor, but caused the gasket to wear and shred.I think this gasket is slightly thicker gauge than either the Home Depot replacement on my old door bottom or the new gasket on the new lower panel I got from a garage door dealer.

Works well.
These are very nice with the extra bulb seal on the bottom. You will need to adjust your locks if you didn't have this style before or your seals are well worn.

DGSL garage door bottom seal
Great bottom garage door seal. Looks good and appears to be well made. Cuts easily to trim. I installed this by myself in about an hour. Used WD 40 to lubricate tracks

A real upgrade to OEM bottom seals but hard for one person to install and the chipmunks still chewed through.

Great door seal
This was great. Just make sure to check what kind of track you have. I trimmed a piece off my old seal and measured it. This seal fit perfectly. I laid it in the sun for an hour and cut my old seal down the middle and it slid right out. Started my new seal and it went right in. I left an inch or so not to hit my bracket on the track an I love it. My old one was 20+ years old and flat. This one is soft and I think the round piece will help. Would recommend highly.

Be aware the T shaped ends that are meant to slide on the Garage door base are wide... Too wide to fit as a replacement on my garage door so a wasted purchase as needed to open and attempt to fit it.
