I have several light fixtures that use this bulb, not just ceiling fans.

Is warm light or daylight be better for a dark bedrooms?

It is strictly a personal preference. Things look differently under both of those lights. Warm white has more of a reddish/orangish light whereas daylight is more on a "colder" looking side.

Why is there no brand name displayed on these bulbs!? Strange! Are these fake? Are these safe to use?

This product comes with a Transparency bar code, which you can scan to verify the product is genuine. I received mine without branding on the side of the bulbs, so I think the lack of the manufacturer name is normal - it likely just indicates it's made in a shared factory with other light bulb brands.
