Is there a replacement flint?

Great lighters, use em igniters so no flint to replace and if you use good fuel they will light the 1st time every time.

What brand butane do you use?

I use Vector 14 premium. Regardless of the brand, sure to always to use a high filtered fuel. It burns cleaner and will not clog your torch.

How long do they last on a full tank compared to other lighters before needing a fuel refill?

I've found that the lasting of the lighter is comparable to any other butane lighter that I have had in the past. Maybe lasting longer. Matter of fact, I just purchased two more as gifts for a couple of friends. Not really, just one is for a friend and the other is for me. The only thing wrong with my present lighter is that when I put it down, someone tries to make off with it.
