Good stuff! Many years ago we used this in the deli department on our hotwings. People would line up for them! SO good.

This is a good product for someone looking to spice up their food with taste and a little heat. Much better than the standard bottle of hot sauce in the grocery store, but with much more balanced flavor. I use it on a lot of foods, but if you are heat sensitive, this may be too hot for you. I'm going to buy more, as it works well with so many foods.

Love the flavors. The plastic bottle versus previous glass is a plus. But the bottle size is 2 fl. oz. smaller than my previous purchase as a 3-pack in 2020 (but the price has fortunately remained fairly constant since then). And, when used, it pours out of the bottle and is in need of a simple 'regulator' plastic top to the bottle that allows for use of smaller, more measured quantities directly from the bottle. Otherwise, a nice product and i will likely order again.

I use this on all sorts of italian food to ZING it up a bit. GREAT on meatball subs. I'll put it on lasagna to un-bland it. Been buying and using it for years.

We cook a ton of chicken, a lot of boudin and the occasional burger. Cajun Power Spicy and regular are fantastic for everything including a marinade, a brine or a condiment and we use it as all three. I have gone through at least 20 bottles and I order them ever 6 months or so in bulk. If you are tired of catsup then try this. If you grill you must have this in your line up of sauces and marinades. If you have never tried it then do so! For those thinking it may be like raw garlic or garlic powder it's NOT. You could drink this stuff and not be at all turned off by a strong garlic taste or smell due to the prep in making and cooking it. It is something we go through a lot of so if there is a downside to it then it would be keeping enough around. Recommended.

If you want "HOT" food, this is your product. Excellent for crawfish boil. Have used this multiple times for boils at home and had many compliments afterwards. The quality of product is excellent and equals the value of money you spend on it.
