Ghirardelli Sauce Pump For 87.3 to 90.4 oz Bottles Dispenses, 0.5 oz of Product Per Pump

Works great for me.

Not even able to use it. Brand new and it doesn't work, can't return or get a refund either. For the price of these, they are crap. This is the second one in less than a month and sad is this one is literally opened and not working...

Cheap plastic pump. Periodic cleaning of pump is necessary to prevent chocolate build up. Even with regular cleaning, pump failed after 5 months with very light usage of no more than one pump per day. I used it to add chocolate to my morning coffee. The check valve in the end of the spout failed (fell out, not replaceable), and pump now leaks and drips.. This pump not repairable nor returnable, so no option but to purchase replacement. I am not aware of alternative products. This pump is a must have item to conveniently use the large 87 oz bottles of Ghirardelli Chocolate Sauce. Great chocolate, lousy pump.

its a syrup pump no more no less

I bought this to simplify my sauce use for my espresso machine, but the sauce in question is not a Ghirardelli brand. It still fits (apparently this is the standard size and pitch/threadcount for larger containers), and works perfectly. My only complaint (hence only four stars) is that it too quickly fails to pull sauce from the container. That is, there's plenty left, but the pump cannot get to it. I think a small modification in the design of the tube could fix this, but I just pulled the pump out and manually poured my sauce for those last few days' worth of espresso before buying a new bottle.

Cheap plastic pieces inside break easily and render it useless.

***Updated review*** It lasted nearly 3 years, and then cleaning it out whether by hand or dishwasher did nothing anymore. It got all gummed up inside and I was not able to clean it out after frequent use for more than 2 years. The very inside part cannot be reached and cleaned, even after taking as much of it apart as I could. Good product, but needs improvement. Debating if I should buy another. I still think that for the $12 I paid, it lasted quite a while. ******* This works great, and is fairly easy to clean if need be. I use it every day, so it doesn't have time to dry out or clump up. However, I did clean it out once, rinsed it through and immersed the pump end into a cup of hot water, pump it a few times until the contained is empty and then a few more times to clear out the liquid and it was back to business. Perfect for its purpose and it fits the 87 ounce chocolate sauce bottles of Ghirardelli that I get twice a month (drink a lot of mochas =)

This makes such a difference. Can't get the sauce out of the jar without it!

Ordered this for our white chocolate sauce and was VERY disappointed when it broke in 2 days. We tried rinsing it out in case it was gunked up and nothing worked. This review is in reference of the specific product and not the company. I should have contacted them right away for a replacement but I forgot and then time went by.

It is a pump and works

No one that i recevied its totaly changed its tottaly differnt thing and then i refunded it becarefull when you buy it
