Looks great, boils quickly , great price. I really like the blue light when you switch it on. The 1st one arrived damaged so that was a little disappointing. The replacement was perfect and arrived on time.Definitely recommend this kettle.

After just two uses, the plastic part under the glass water gauge broke. I heard it crack as I was pouring my water. Not impressed with this product. Everything else as far as temperature and warmth was fine.

Has all the features needed. Auto shut off. Light and side measure. Wish the lid came off to clean inside easier. Overall would buy again.

I like the my pot for a quick cup of tea or coffee

We have been using counter-top kettles of this type or many, many years as our regular way of making coffee (with a Melita cone) and tea as well as using it any time we need hot water quickly.This so far is one of the best made of the type we have come across. The automatic off feature works perfectly. The kettle holds lots of water. The lid works correctly. The base uses a three prong plug with ground which improves safety margins compared to the two prong plugs on our previous one.Good job. I hope we get several years of use out of this one as we have with previous versions.

Broke less than one month

I liked this kettle when I received it. However, it doesn't last long.I thought this kettle was what I need. My previous electric kettle seemed to be about to break down months ago, so I bought this new kettle as a replacement in advance. The kettle looked good and well-wrapped when I unpacked the carton.I only tried to use it to boil water once. Then I put it into the storage for several months until my previous kettle totally broke down this month.However, after using this new kettle only 2-3 weeks, I disappointedly found The HANDLE FELL OFF all of a sudden just now!!! Very dangerous, because hot water was inside.
