Fairly good quality construction overall, but the fit of one tap handle was poor and had to be glued as the splines on the tap cartridge / tap head were worn and the friction fit was not sufficient.

The tap connection and decor backs are very flimsy I had to buy a more substantial connector also no colour coding on the taps

Faulty product, we didnt know until recently as the product did not arrive until late feb, and then my plumber cancelled due to COVID. I tried to conyact them through Amazon and arrange a refund as water is pissing out through the seams. When the plumber was eventually able to fit it a few weeks ago he tried to fix the issues with the seams and the metal was bending. Amazon unable to help apparently and the seller did not respond to any of the emails they sent or I sent. Dont deal with them, they dont care about customer service. Update - the tap handles have now broken

I was given a faulty tap which did not work even three months, i contacted this guy and he said purchase an other one and he will give 50% discount on second one but i will have to pay full price and then he will refund 50% now its over five months neither i received refund not new Tap and previous one was faulty any one, he never tried to contacted back, i have sent him several messages but he does not reply at all. This guy is fraud be careful you will not receive tap and money.
