IMPLUS TOTAL SUPPORT MAX - ACCESSORIES||INSOLES Review: Great support, comfort and materials. - Replaced a pair of worn out Superfeet with these, and I was very pleased with the results. For the first week or two, there was about a 10 minute "adjustment period" every time I put them on -- the arch area is higher than I am used to, so it took some time to get accustomed to it. After about a week, the additional support felt natural. Quality wise, the material used is great, and I was surprised by the amount of padding. Both the heel and mid toe area have an extra layer of cushioning compared to what I usually see with Superfeet, and the additional support and comfort is noticeable. Only downside is that since the arch support is so high and firm, I am not sure if I would use these insoles for extended running. For everyday walking, they're perfect. Overall, I definitely would say these are a fantastic insole addition. Review: Check out Spenco Insole products. Highly Recommend - Used to sell these at FootLocker, wore their product back then, sold their product. It saved my back at a young age. Now, I'm back for the same relief. Highly Recommend

Good for plantar fascia related issues if you need a high arch support.
Like many other reviewers, I'm battling PF, but only in my left foot. I got PF as a running / aging issue back in May and over the past several months, I've tried lot of insoles. If you have a new case of PF, I would strongly recommend you see your doctor or podiatrist for both advice on how to minimize the injury, start recovery, and hopefully work back to normal. I'm in the 'try to get back to normal' phase now. The best arch supports I have came from the good feet store, but were way over priced. I've been those expensive supports around from shoe to shoe and I tried these looking for a lower cost set that felt good. These Spenco Total Support Max insoles worked very well for me. I need a pretty high arch support. My arch length is about a shoe size larger (11.5) than my actual foot length (10.5). Some of the other insoles I tried were not high enough. The Spenco ones were great and low cost. I think these are my go-to insole for multiple pairs of shoes while I battle PF. Here are the other things I tried: - Superfeet Green - Not bad, but not as high of an arch support as these Spenco's. Superfeet also cost at least 50% more. - Sof Sole Air Orthotic - Very low arch support. Didn't work for me at all. - Pedifix arch bandage - Not an insole, but a bandage to compress the arch. Worked a little, but not very good. - Custom heat molded insole from Road Runner sports. Also good, created a high arch support, but cost 2X the Spenco I'm pretty pain free now, but use insoles, and do lots of stretching. I'm not able to run without causing PF pain flare ups afterwards, but I hope with continued arch and leg exercises, I'll get back to that. One more thing...you might want to set a set of the spenco sandals or put arch supports in your slippers. Not walking barefoot, especially first thing out of bed in the morning really helped my PF issue.

Good Insoles
Fit well and comfortable but haven't cured my plantar fascitis, they do help though. Tried Superfoot Orange and liked these better.
