Replacement Tube by Reliance Medical fits Littmann® Cardiology IV® Stethoscope Tubing - Cardiology 4® (All Black)

This replacement tube exceeded my expectations. I was initially hesitant about buying it based on some of the reviews, but believe me, it is better than my original tubing. It's rubbery, and the sounds are clearer with this.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I thought this one might come in handy for someone who is looking to salvage an old stethoscope. My Littmann Cardiology STC that I bought 4-5 years ago finally developed a crack in the tube. This is not unusual, I’ve needed to replace my stethoscope about every 5 years or so. At the same time I purchased a new Master Cardiology, I also ordered this tube replacement so I could keep the old stethoscope as a back up in case someone else at the clinic walks off with the new one. The tubing fit perfectly. I auscultated my dogs with both my new Master Cardiology and the repaired stethoscope with this new hose. They sound identical. In fact, I’d say the ear pieces on this replacement tubing are a bit more comfortable than the brand new Littman. Obviously I cannot speak to durability yet, but at this price point if I can get a year out of it I’ll consider it money well spent and replace the hose again if needed. Would buy again.

These have saved me hundreds! Purchased my littman while in school and have just been replacing my tubing with these. Slides right onto my littman cardiology just pay attention to diameter when ordering. But yes buy this if youre needing a new tube. Its great quality and does not effect sounds.

I recently bought a Littman Cardiology IV stethoscope for nursing school and left it dangling from my review mirror while it was scorching hot weather outside so it created a dent in the tubing making it look ugly and wouldn’t straighten out no matter how much I tried, and I was worried I had to buy another whole stethoscope not that I had to but bc it would look stupid around my neck lol. So I did some research and found this black tubing and I have to say the sound quality is just like I got it fresh out of the littman box BYE BYE crazy looking tubing 🤣🤣 Thanks Reliance!!

My tube was cracked on my Littmann stethoscope. This fit on easy and was way cheaper than buying another one.

I bought this for my Cardiology iV stethoscope after my original Littmann tubing cracked, and it’s pretty comparable to the original. I use mine on the daily, and it’s held up for over 6 months so far. It’s actually a little more flexible than my original tubing, which I like - and the sound is pretty much the same. I’d order it again.
