5 stars for customer service!
I bought this product in august of 2021, but didn't even take it out of the box till this spring. Used it quite a bit on a project when it started giving me issues. I was long past the "return date, but manufactures warranty was still active. I sent it in for repair, and in short order received a working unit. Customer service was great! Fantastic tool to use, and I was upset when it broke due to fact that I quickly came to rely on it heavily for the work I was doing. It saved me countless hours. I could install 10 screws in time it takes to do one or two. I've easily run 2300 screws through it already.

IT DOES NOT WORK! Apiece of junk. bit does not rotate.
This is a useless piece of junk. The bit that drives the drywall screws does not rotate at all, thought the motor runs, Amazon refuses return or refund. Says "The window is closed. DO NOT TRUST AMAZON!

Works well now
Drywall installation. I like it now. After struggling with the first 50 or so. Oiled moving areas & adjusted the depth and reviewed the manual. Nothing seemed to help. After the 50 first sets, it worked well. J
