DMSO has been a lifesaver for me. BUT please keep in mind that the 99% liquid is INTENSE! It burns like a chemical burn, but bc the widespread pain I experience can be debilitating, and I experience pain in all of my joints. In addition, I often dislocate or sublex without trauma. So I will use it and endure the burn. I use the 90% when lidocaine and narcotics (prescribed by my pain management doctor) don't help or if I have breakthrough pain after the above mentioned stops working or I can’t take anymore medication. NOTE REGARDING THE CHEMICAL LIKE BURNING SENSATION- I have coconut oil on hand to apply ontop of the DMSO immediately after absorption of the DMSO. The coconut oil helps me with the burn and I’ve read that it helps many others who’ve tried it way I use it! I also use the 70/30 gel, which is much gentler. I don’t experience that chemical burning sensation. But it’s not as effective. Don’t get me wrong. It definitely helps! And I use it more often than the liquid 99% bc thankfully I only experience that intense widespread pain about 2 to 3 times a month. Immediately reduced the inflammation and pressure of a cyst on the ligament/muscle at the base of my finger/hand! Cyst "feels" smaller and more mobile. Greater range of motion! Interesting! Encouraged!

This product works like other DMSO gel I have used. It says "unfragranced" but it has a smell to it like petroleum jelly or something. Not a nice smell. I wish it was truly unfragranced like I have used from other brands. It does work well though, as intended. I bought one each for myself and my daughter and it has helped mitigate the pain she gets in her shoulder and arm from too much computer/work time.

Things you should know is that it makes you itchy as hades but overall it will help and expedite the healing of what is ailing you without that minty smell, I used this for tennis elbow and made a huge difference

The item was delivered promptly the day after I ordered, which I appreciated very much. I had heard excellent things about this product but, very unfortunately, I had an allergic reaction to it (my skin got very itchy to the point of being unbearable and I had to wash it off, and the places that I used it turned all red and blotchy with raised bumps). I followed all the instructions of application and was very careful not to get any of it on clothing and washed my hands thoroughly after I applied it. I was very sorry this product didn't work for me. However, my personal experience should not discourage others from trying it. I figure anything that is highly recommended is worth a try.

I ordered this in the height of my and pain one night while I was working. I work remotely from home for an answering service so I type constantly for my entire shift. I used this product for my hands that I have arthritis in and I used too much which caused a rapid heart beat for quite some time however this first thing I noticed after I got my heart rate down was how clear headed I was and I was typing very fast, something I have not been able to do for quite some time. Then I noticed I had almost no pain in my fingers and hands. I used it a second time 3 days later only much less and again I was clear headed and almost no pain. This is a remarkable product so far.

Made my husband's pain disappear but he smelled like a dead fish, common with dmso. To solve that, we put him on chlorophyll and greens. Its a miracle.
