Days after leaving my review below, the company contacted me and offered to replace the battery. So I took them up on it, not thinking it'd make much of a difference and I'd have to pay shipping. But I was wrong about both. The company paid for everything and I got a battery whose life last much longer. So, I am amending my review to 5 stars, because you can't really go wrong. If the battery you get from here is bad, then they'll give you a new one. So I recommend this purchase, if only for peace of mind. Previous review: I bought this to replace the battery in my 3 year old Inspiron 5577. My old battery was only lasting like 45-60 minutes unplugged on a full charge. This battery did not really change that. First, the "tools" they give you to unscrew the battery don't fit any of the laptop screws, let alone the weird ones that hold the battery. I had to use a small flathead. More importantly, the battery doesn't last more than 90-120 minutes. Certainly not new battery like performance. To make it worse, the battery seems to tell the computer that it has a MUCH bigger charge than it does. I know there's some time for the computer to "learn" how much charge the battery has compared to the computer power needs. But even a couple of weeks later, my computer thinks this thing has a 6 hour charge, when it has 1/3 of that time. At least my crappy old battery told me it only had 60 minutes worth of charge. Would never recommend this battery. It's too bad Dell doesn't sell batteries for its laptops. I would've spent twice as much to get a battery that performed.

It came the tools to install and it was a perfect fit for my 5410 2in1. I will test the battery and edit my review after a month. But it looks promising for the $40 I paid for this.

The battery goes from 100% to 0% and the laptop keeps turning itself off. Then when charging, it will go from 0% to 100% immediately. But crash again 5 minutes later. All drivers are updated, and I have done all of the troubleshooting. The battery itself is defective.

This is a perfect replacement for the OEM battery in the laptop, and at much less than the price of the OEM battery from Dell.

Edit: The seller contacted me and sent a replacement battery for free. I installed it and it's working well so far. I will continue to monitor its life and update this review as needed. Thanks again to the seller for sending the second battery. The battery was a replacement for my Dell Inspiron 7559. It worked great for just over a month (of course right outside refund range), and then decided to be stuck at 8% battery. It won't charge beyond 8% now even though I've followed all instruction with it. I'm hoping that the company that sold me the battery will reach out for a replacement.

The first battery did not work. It was not charging. I requested a replacement. New one came and is charging so far. It is only few hours. Thank you for your good service.

This battery was the right size for my Dell Ryzen 7 series.
