For printing test result information before and after, doe this unit require loggin ID so each technician can save their test data ? 10+ technicians

We did not get the printer, therefore I am not sure.

it says it has auto oil injet in the word data but not on the check mark chart so can i inject the oil yes or no

It does have the oil injection but you may need a technician to come out to perform a software upgrade. We had a problem at first but once we did the upgrade it works perfectly now.
