Yes, it is with stronger Magnet than market 0.3-1" glass wiper. we gave better price to start market. So we gave up part of our profit. Of course, we will still try our best to do good service.

You need a demonstration video on how to adjust gears from 5 down to 1. Is there such a thing?

First, you need to ensure that the glass wipe is separated, then you need to hold the side of the magnet button with one hand, then shake your arm to draw an arc in the air like step 6 of the graphic tutorial, the glass wipe will automatically return to the 1 gear, I hope I can help you.

Don’t know. I would not recommend this product. Did not do the job

Where do you put water or soap in the cleaner

There are 6 triangle pads (3 on each side). Soak them in a cleaning solution & go to work. I also spray Windex, Vinegar, or any other Window cleaner directly on each side of the glass. Works great with AMAZING results. Just turn the magnet until it holds firm & STOP at that setting. Stronger magnet doesn’t clean the glass any better, but will make it very difficult to take off the window. It is a very powerful magnet.
