Can the locks be engraved or written on in sharpie and not fade?

Yes you could write on them in sharpie, but it won’t last forever. I use nail art pens when I want it to last longer and clear top coat seal it.

Will these be good enough for lockers?

No not really big enough for lockers

Do the keys open all the padlocks or are they all different keys ?

Each colour keys opens the corresponding colour lock. Eg purple key, purple lock. Great padlocks
