Works with incandescent/LED combo
I bought this flasher to remedy a no flash condition on a 1991 Dodge W150 after pairing two LED tail light bulbs with the existing incandescent front bulbs. This combination didn't draw enough current to break the original flasher. This replacement works perfectly in this situation with a nice flash cadence. I'm very pleased with the results and would recommend this flasher for similar purposes

Sent me the LED version but it works great
Install this into my 72 Datsun 510 to alleviate poor/inconsistent blinker speed. They sent me the LED version which has a ground wire coming out, that has to be grounded, but it works great in my application and has a nice consistent blink rate.

This little flasher works like it should!
CEC Industries 12V Heavy Duty 2-Pin Electronic Flasher EF32 Relay for LED and Incandescent. I tried a different brand that did not work as advertised even when using it in the emergency flasher position. When I ordered this CEC unit I noticed it is marked DOT approved, the other unit was not. Installing this on a 1967 Chevelle is not easy as Chevrolet hid these things in 1967 up under the dash. Once found, it was easy unplug the old original type unit and plug in the new CEC unit. I tried the turn signals as I replaced each incandescent bulb with an equivalent LED unit. It did not matter which mix of bulbs and LEDs, the turn signals worked in all combinations. The CEC unit delivered as promised and any “difficulty” installing the unit is due to my age and the car design from 1967. I recommend this CEC brand flasher to any classic car owner who would like to use LED replacements for turn signals.

Quality flasher, heavy duty
This flasher is great for classic cars that rumble, you can hear it. Nice klick klack action. Also, I see folks complaining that its not for led, first of all if you have led in a vintage vehicle that uses these types of flasher you have already installed resistors where needed to provide the amp draw necessary not to fool your flasher and or bulb out detection system. All that led talk is fake news.
