Initially I had issues with phone sensitivity after fitting one of these covers. After a few days my phone was just less responsive and was frustrating as nothing worked as it should. (I also fitted one to my wife's identical phone and hers works absolutely fine with no issues). So I decided to remove the cover and re-fit, however once I removed the 1st cover I was unable to re-fit it due to not being sticky anymore. There was a note in packaging of the cover that stated a free replacement would be given if unable to refit. I was extremely sceptical that this 'offer' would be fulfilled, but contacted seller and asked for one. I have just received the free replacement (new pack of 3 covers), have fitted one to my phone which is now working perfectly. So to summarise, product is good, but the seller after sales is fantastic. If you want these, buy from this seller! (I am not affiliated to them in any way - I'm just a happy customer who has had their initial issue resolved quickly).

The screen protectors are pretty robust and easy to apply. When I dropped my phone,the protector obviously cracked ( my fault!). I emailed the company to ask for a replacement, and I had a helpful and prompt reply. They sent me a free replacement pack of 3 screen protectors which arrived within 3 days. A very helpful service. Also, they said if it breaks again they would send another set! Very kind. Thank you for great customer service!

Firstly I am a destroyer of mobile phones , dropping them sitting on them etc and my daughter recommended I get these about 3 years ago along with some sort of bomb proof case. The screen protectors were a good price but importantly to me they came with a guarantee from the seller 4YOUQUALITY(R) that should I need a replacement I'd receive free of charge, needless to say this made my buing decision. Here we are 3 years later and I contacted 4YOUQUALITY(R) as described in the listings, I had an immediate reply and received a replacement in under 48 hours FANTASTIC. !! The protectors come in a well packed box /sleeve with everything you need to apply the screen protector perfectlty fitting without air bubbles or marks / dust etc and invisible the curved edge perfect. As I have finger dexterit issujes my Daughter applyed the protector for me but I was very suprised at rhe touch sensitivity quality, again as it says on the tin "Delicate Touch" you really don't know it's there. So, I didn't manage to scratch the screen protector but I did eventually destroy it and on this phone it was more robust than my supposed to be bomb proof phone back case.. I left my phone in a store and when I went to collect it the lady pointed out it was fortunate that I'd fitted a "tempered Glass Sceen Protector" (her words exactly) because she could barely see the image. I pointed out that I was scared to remove it in case my phone just fell to bits but she seemed to know her stuff so I removed it. When I peeled off the Screen Protector it was like looking through a bathroom window, but the important bit - My phone screen looked and operated like Brand New out of the box Perfect !! Now by comparison , I looked at my battered "bomb proof armoured " rear case and removed that lo and Behold the back of my phone had a great big crack through the transparent shell, which I do think speaks volumes. As I find windows 11 crap I won't be able to upload a picture today but if it's allowed I'll do it later to evidence my review. I have been using these screen protectors for a few years now and so far they have been great for the price. They are easy to install, the touch sensitivity is fine once you adjust your S9 to its most sensitive setting and they fit fine with my S9 case. I do probably average one of these every 3-4 months and even once cracked/chipped I can still use it for a significant amount of time before I need to replace it. The only gripe I would have is that sometimes the adhesive isn't very strong so that when my phone has been dropped the screen protector has sometimes popped right off, and then afterwards the adhesive just won't stick again, but like I say, for the price it's easy enough just to stick a new one on. And also I've never had a cracked screen as a consequence of it popping off, so it must have done its job on impact. The biggest reason I love these however is the lifetime guarantee. My first purchase of these I messed up and lost the guarantee so I wasn't sure how to request a replacement. And for the low price I just thought I might as well buy a new one. Once that pack was used I almost did the same thing as I'd thrown the packaging out, but this time I contacted the seller through my Amazon order page. I thought they only sent out individual screen protectors as my husband uses a different brand and this is all they send out on his warranty, so I asked for 2 (one to use, one as a backup). The seller never even questioned this and, lo and behold, 2 days later I received 2 whole packs! So 6 screen protectors in total!! And that is why, despite a few gripes, I am more than happy to give this product a 5* rating.

Good fit easy to apply

I have been using this product for the last two years and have no problems whatsoever. As with most glass screen protectors they get damaged and you have to change them. They come in a pack of three and when I went to use the last one I noticed it was cracked( I had purchased them over a year ago) I got on to the supplier and they replaced the full pack of three free of charge and postage, even though I had already used two of them. This is indicative of good customer service.

Not very good. I bought these less than 1 month ago and have just gone through the pack. It made my phone almost unusable. They almost fit, but not well enough to get a seal that doesn't reduce screen sensitivity. Small layer of sticky around the edge of screen. Dead zones on screen. (I.e letter a doesn't type unless i am very aggressive with my pressure) Reading past comments i think that someone may be onto something when saying if used with a case it lifts the corners of the screen protector as I use a protective case and a screen cover and have only had problems. You shouldn't have to pick between them so I will be going back to the thin and flexible screen covers from now on. The screen covers were easy to fit and included the preparation Materials needed. I dropped the phone from knee height and the screen just bounced off whole. Second time round I had a drop of rain water hit the top of my phone. It immediately seeped and went under the screen protector making it unusable until it was removed and dried. I wouldn't recommend this.

Have bought a few screen protectors and this has been one of the better ones. Application was quite straightforward. It came with an instruction guide which was detailed enough with a mini cloth, tab/screen guide sticker and a dust absorber sticker. I like that it had the 2 screen guide stickers which meant i didnt have to touch the screen when applying the screen. Others i have purchased before usually come with one or none. During application, it adhered to the phone's screen well. I had to lift up twice to align edges well with the phone and it stuck back well. The guide stickers were of help here as it helped with out me touching the screen protector which from past experience reduces adhesion. Its been a few weeks since applying and it still looks as the day i installed it. There is no scratch so far and screen sensitivity to touch has not been compromised. With regards to its shatter proof claim will have to wait and see. Phone has dropped a few times and there has not been any problem from impact with the floor. So far the screen protector is doing it job. Its important to note: best to always make sure one has no distractions when applying screen protectors for better results.

No muy buena calidad. Tiene pegamento solo en los bordes y muy fino. A la mínima se rompe o se desengancha y entran cosas entre la pantalla y el protector. No lo recomiendo

Passgenau, aber schlecht anzubringen ( Blasenbildung). Auch sehr Empfindlich, splittert schnell...

Los tres cristales vienen en un solo plástico juntos, ya de primeras no da muy buena impresión. Recién instalado, como no se pega del todo desde el principio, se resbala sobre la pantalla al apretar para que quede más pegada. La instalación es puramenta manual; no viene con ningún tipo de guía, sólo unas pegatinas para no cogerlo con los dedos y ver un poco mejor la posición. Después de un día, a veces no me reconoce algunas pulsaciones sobre la pantalla, aparte de que se ensucia muy rápidamente, y la pantalla se ve bastante peor aunque limpies el protector una vez puesto porque no parece del todo transparente. Lo más seguro es que lo quite, tire los otros dos protectores a la basura y compre uno mejor aunque sea más caro, no merece la pena, es dinero perdido.
